During my time at RT Rotisserie I was tasked with expanding brand exposure and creating visual content for social media.
It was important to develop relationships with local influencers who frequented both Rich Table and RT Rotisserie, which allowed us to engage with our customers through another medium and showcase our passion for food. ‘Yummertime‘ was a local influencer couple in San Francisco that came in and shot a cooking demonstration with owner Sarah Rich.
Part of the experience gained during my time with Payton Paw Print and student organizing, was writing and releasing press releases. During this time I sent out dozens of press releases to local media and created a media contact list with over 100 Chicago media personal that I continue to maintain.
